*Need us to stay longer? Additional time can be added on site, subject to therapist availability, at $200 per hour for one therapist and $360 per hour for two, billed in full-hour increments.

How many therapists do we need?

• One therapist serves about 4 people an hour at 15 minutes each, so a 3-hour booking covers roughly 12 people. For 20 to 30 people, book two therapists or a half day. Tell us your headcount and we’ll recommend the right setup.

What does chair massage cost in Los Angeles?

• Our corporate chair massage starts at $600 for one therapist for 3 hours, and we publish every package on this page. Rates include travel within our Los Angeles service area, setup, sanitizing supplies, and sign-up sheets. Standing monthly accounts save 10%.

How long is each session?

• Each person receives 10 to 15 minutes, which is enough to release the neck, shoulders, back, and arms without pulling anyone away from work for long. Longer sessions are available on request.

Is chair massage done over clothing?

• Yes. Chair massage is performed fully clothed, with no oils or lotions, so people can go straight back to a meeting. Our therapists bring a professional ergonomic massage chair and fresh face-cradle covers for every guest.

What do we need to provide?

• A space about 6 feet by 6 feet per therapist, ideally a quiet conference room or corner, and access to parking or loading. We bring everything else, including the chairs and sign-up QR code.

Which areas do you serve?

• We serve offices, studios, and events across Los Angeles County, including Burbank, Culver City, Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Downtown LA. Ask about locations outside our standard service area; travel fees may apply.

Are your therapists certified and insured?

• Yes. Every Fluidity therapist holds California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) certification and carries professional liability insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your building or HR team on request.

Can we add chair massage to a wellness fair, holiday party, or open enrollment?

• Absolutely, and those are some of our most popular bookings. Chair massage is a line people actually wait in, and it works alongside other vendors. Book two therapists for events over 40 people.

How far in advance should we book?

• Two weeks is ideal, and we can often accommodate a week’s notice. Standing monthly accounts hold a fixed date and time, which is the easiest way to guarantee availability during the holidays and busy season.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Events booked with a 50% deposit may be rescheduled free of charge with 7 days’ notice. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the deposit, because our therapists hold that day for you.
